Coates Hire Enterprise Agreement

Credit: Gillianne Tedder 22.5 Copies of our Privacy Policy and Credit Information Policy are available upon request or visit www.coateshire.com.au. 12.2 Except in the circumstances set out in clause 12.3 below, it is your responsibility to return the equipment to the Coates Hire subsidiary to which you rent it during normal business hours. “Credit Account” means any settlement agreement we have granted to you after the credit application has been approved. “environmental laws” means all laws, regulations or other laws adopted or adopted by a supervisory authority or government that regulate the environment or that have other impacts on the environment, including, but not limited to, the use or protection of the environment. “Equipment” means all equipment that we provide to you under the Rental Agreement, including all tools, accessories and associated or connected parts available for rent. “Expected shutdown date” means the date you expect the end of the rental period. This date is set in the rental plan. “rental fee” or “rental fee” means the rates and fees to be paid for the rental of the equipment. “rental period” means the period described in clause 4.

“Rental Plan” means the document we provide to you, which contains details about the equipment you are renting, the rental costs, any other costs incurred, the expected delivery date and the address for delivery of the equipment. “PMP” is the preventive maintenance program managed electronically by us (or our representative) for all devices.
