The same applies to a share certificate.  The storage of furniture or other property to prevent damage or theft is also not a transformation in itself if the owner is duly informed of their location.     If the delay is long or intentional, it is a transformation. Holding a car for a month is a renovation.     Goods destroyed or saved by fire are considered processed.  In 1704 was established at Baldwin v Cole: Examples of transformation are: 1) Alpha cuts and drags trees on land that he knows belongs to Beta, without permission or privilege to do so; and 2) Gamma takes furniture from Delta and stores it without Delta`s consent (and especially if Delta doesn`t know where Gamma placed it). . . .
